铀积累优势植物的RVI指数特性 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究铀元素对植物光谱的影响机制,笔者以商陆、芒萁、黄荆3种植物为研究对象,使用SVC HR-768便携式地物光谱仪对铀矿区和非铀矿区的这3种植物,进行光谱数据采集,并研究其RVI曲线。化学分析结果显示,铀矿区的商陆、芒萁体内铀含量明显高于非铀矿区的含量,铀矿区的黄荆与非铀矿区的含铀量相当。RVI曲线研究结果表明,与非铀矿区相比,铀矿区商陆、芒萁的RVI曲线的特征拐点都向短波方向移动,RVI曲线总体高于非铀矿区的,而铀矿区黄荆的RVI曲线与非铀矿区的RVI曲线相互交叉重叠,趋于一致。铀对铀积累优势植物如商陆、芒萁的影响明显,对无积累优势植物黄荆无明显的影响,也说明RVI曲线可以作为铀积累植物光谱研究的指标。 The paper aims to study the impact mechanism of uranium on plant spectrum. Three kinds of plants,including Phytolacca acinosa Roxb, Dichotomy Forked Fern and Vitex negundo Linn., in uranium ore area andnon-uranium ore area were studied by using SVC HR-768 portable field spectrometer for spectral dataacquisition. Chemical analysis results showed that uranium content of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb and Dichotomy Forked Fern in the uranium ore area was significantly higher than those in the non-uranium ore area,respectively; the uranium content of Vitex negundo Linn. in the uranium ore area was similar to that in the non-uranium ore area. The RVI curve analysis results showed that RVI curve of pokeweed, Dichotomy Forked Fernin the uranium ore area was higher than that in the non-uranium ore area, respectively; however, RVI curve ofVitex negundo Linn. in the uranium ore area overlapped each other with that in the non-uranium ore area. Thestudy results indicated that uranium had an obvious impact on the spectrum of uranium-accumulated plantsuch as Phytolacca acinosa Roxb and Dichotomy Forked Fern; however, had no obvious effect on that of non-uranium accumulation plant, such as Vitex negundo Linn. Also, the study results proved that RVI curve couldbe used as an indicator of spectroscopy for uranium accumulation plant.
