区域有机产业链完整性评价指标体系研究初探──以江西万载县为例

Evaluation Index System of Regional Organic Industry Chain Integrity:A Case Study on Wanzai, Jiangxi

有机产业链的完整性是制约有机产业发展的关键因素。目前,中国国内关于产业链完整性特别是有机产业链完整性研究几乎空白,缺乏统一、有效的评价指标体系。笔者运用层次分析法构建了包括3个层次15项指标的区域有机产业链完整性评价指标体系,确定了评价指标权重的同时给出了相应指标的评价标准,使评价体系在区域有机产业链完整性评价中具有可操作性。通过万载县有机示范区的产业链完整性进行评价,综合分数为81.19分,得出其有机产业链比较完整。但在内部互补水平上略有欠缺,尤其是有机农业生产资料自给水平方面较低。

The integrity of organic industrial chain is the key factor to restrict the development of organicindustry. At present, the domestic research on the integrity of industrial chain, especially the organic industrialchain integrity is almost blank, and lacks unified and effective evaluation index system. An evaluation indexsystem of regional organic industry chain with 15 levels and 3 indicators was built by the method of analytichierarchy process, the weight of evaluation index was determined, and the evaluation standard of thecorresponding index was given, which made the system operable in the regional organic industry chain integrityevaluation. Organic industry chain integrity of Wanzai organic demonstration zone was evaluated and theoverall score was 81.19, it indicated that the organic industry chain was relatively integrated. But the internalcomplementary level was slightly lacking, especially the self-sufficient level of organic agricultural production.
