基于实际的临床微生物学检验实验教学改革探讨

Experiment course reforms of clinical microorganism tests based on clinical practice

临床微生物学检验实验课是临床微生物学检验教学计划中的重要环节。广东医科大学根据多年经验和临床实际,从根据学生专业及毕业后从事工作的特点针对性选择实验课内容,以临床实际为参照安排实验顺序和上课方式,尽可能多带学生到检验科见习以改变传统封闭性教学模式,加强学科之间的相关性和交叉性以达到培养学生临床思维能力的目的,培养学生的沟通能力和团队精神等方面进行改革,以满足临床科室用人需求和适应检验学科的发展。

The experiment course of clinical microorganism tests is important in the teaching process of clinical microorganism.Guangdong Medical University carried out a series of reforms in experiment course of clinical microorganism tests based on the clinical practice and years of experience. This paper elaborates on the following aspects： selection of the experimental course content; arrangement of the experiments and lectures; practice in laboratory; enhancement of the correlated and intersecting subjects. The reforms are helpful to achieve the goals of training students＇ clinical thinking ability,communication ability and team spirit in order to meet the needs of clinical departments and the development of laboratory medicine.
