Teaching reform and discussion on otolaryngology head and neck surgery for medical students from abroad

为改革和完善耳鼻咽喉头颈外科留学生教学模式,对大课授课、实践课程、管理方式和考核方式进行总结分析,提高医学留学生的教育和教学质量。通过教学方法以及教学管理制度的改革,使教师授课水平以及耳鼻咽喉头颈外科留学生教学质量得到提高,培养出国际化医学人才。

To reform and perfect the teaching model of otolaryngology head and neck surgery for medical students from abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reform from the following aspects： teaching large classes,practice courses,management style,assessment system. It can be concluded that comprehensive capability of medical students from abroad and the teachers＇ teaching ability were obviously improved through the implementation of the reform measures.
