从法律视角看“四个全面”背景下高校工会的角色定位

Role Positioning of Universities' Trade Unions under the Background of "Four Comprehensives"—From a Perspective of Law

"四个全面"对高校工会的角色提出了新的定位,在此背景下,高校工会工作应侧重于解决职工困难、参与高校改革、树立党性自觉、依法行使职权四个方面。从事这些工作时,应以现行法律为依据,这些法律不仅包括实体性法律也包括程序性法律。

＂Four comprehensives＂ have newly positioned roles of universities＇ trade unions. Under this background, the work of these trade unions shall focus on handling staff＇ s difficulties, getting involved in universities＇ reform, developing self-consciousness of the Communist Party of China and performing functions according to laws. Such work shall be carried out based on existing laws, including substantive and procedural laws
