摘要
天津市各级工会组织在服务党的中心工作、服务职工群众需求、服务社会和谐稳定中,始终牢记做好新时期职工信访工作的政治责任,通过健全机制、明确职责、完善措施,推动了工会领导干部接访工作制度化、目标化和社会化。在健全完善接访工作责任制和探索创新工作模式中,快捷有效地化解了职工信访难题,密切了工会与职工的联系,提升了工会维权能力和水平,收到了明显的成效。
Trade unions of Tianjin at all levels shall always keep their political responsibilities for complaint letters and visits of staff in a new period in serving the Communist Party of China, accommodating needs of staff and maintaining social harmony and stability. By improving mechanisms, clarifying duties and perfecting measures, leaders and cadres of the trade unions shall receive their visitors with objectives in institutional and socialized manners. The efforts to improve the responsibility system for visitor reception and explore innovative work patterns have effectively alleviated difficulties about staff' s complaint letters and visits, contributed to closer connections between the trade unions and staff, improved the trade unions' abilities to safeguard their rights and achieved notable results
