我国贫困群体犯罪原因论——基于社会视角

On the Causes of Crime of Poverty Groups Crime——Based on Society Perspective

贫困群体在社会中是被边缘化的群体。探究贫困群体犯罪原因,从一般理论到我国转型期的具体原因,根本上讲是由于我国社会正处于改革发展的关键时期,社会群体在社会财富、社会地位、基本权利、生活状况等方面差距悬殊,严重不公,由此酿造了深层次的社会结构性矛盾。在不均衡社会中,处于弱势的贫困群体境况日趋恶化,愈演愈烈,在长期的压抑下把原因归咎于社会,对社会丧失信任感,产生敌对情绪,从而诱发反社会的意识,最终导致犯罪行为的实施。

The poor are marginalized groups in society. To explore the reason of the poverty groups crime,from general theory to the specific reason for the transition period in our country,essence is because the society is in a critical period of reform and development in our country,social groups are quite different and seriously injustice in the social wealth,social status,wide disparity,fundamental rights,living conditions,and thus the deep social structural contradictions are made. Under the disequilibrium,the weakness of the poor groups situation is getting worse and intensified; they put the blame on the society in the long repressed course,have loss of social trust and hostility,and induce the social consciousness,and eventually lead to the implementation of the crime.
