国内旅游危机研究综述

A Review of Studies on Tourism Crisis in China

目前旅游危机管理已成为旅游业日常管理活动中的重要课题。文章对国内旅游危机研究的相关文献进行了梳理,认为旅游危机基础理论、旅游危机影响及评估、旅游危机管理是国内旅游危机研究的主要内容,并对它们进行了总结,最后指出有待加强的方面,以期为未来的相关研究和实践提供借鉴。

Currently tourism crisis management has become an important task of tourism daily management. After tiding up the domestic relevant literature on tourism crisis,the article regards the basic theory of tourism crisis,the influence of tourism crisis and its evaluation,the tourism crisis management as the main contents of domestic tourism crisis study. This paper draws summary on the above three aspects and points out the fields requiring more attention,hoping to provide reference for the future study and practice.
