乔大壮及其《波外乐章》平议

A Discussion on Qiao Dazhuang and his Ci Poems

民国词人乔大壮被喻为"词坛飞将",其词受生平遭际及性情气质影响颇大。早期所作,以深婉密丽、闲雅多致的风格为主;中年以后,国事飘摇、家庭多故,词作多幽咽吞吐、沉郁蕴藉之音。而因其孤高狷介、至情至性的精神气质,其词又呈现出气格高华、沉郁深幽的特质。词风与北宋晏几道、秦观、贺铸为近,是典型的词心之作,在民国词坛具有独特价值。

Qiao Dazhuang, a Ci poet in the Republic period, was praised as ＇ the Flying General of the Ci -poetry World＇ , whose works were heavily affected by his life experience and personality. His early works were characterized with profound and graceful style. After his middle age, his works were full with depressed emotion and implicit expressions due to the unrest of both the country and his family. And his proud, lofty and honest personality also demonstrated as a noble, gorgeous and deep secluded feature in his Ci poems. His style in general is close to that of Yah Jidao, Qin Guan and He Zhu in the Northern Song Dynasty, and has unique value in the Ci -poetry world of the Republic period.
