西藏文化政策现状与对策建议

Tibet's Culture Policy and Some Suggestions

近年来,西藏为了促进文化大发展大繁荣,连续出台了一系列文化政策与措施,使西藏文化得以较快的发展,但是,通过实地调研,发现依然存在较多的问题,值得深入思考与研究。本文在调研的基础上,提出了西藏文化政策存在的问题,分析了存在问题的原因,并提出了一些对策建议。

With series of policies and executions, culture enterprises in Tibet have developed greatly in re-cent year. However, the present investigation also identified some problems. Based on the investigation, the pa-per discusses the reasons and gives some suggestions.
