五行音乐疗法对心血管疾病后焦虑、抑郁及血压影响的Meta分析

Effect of five tone music therapy on anxiety,depression and blood pressure in patients with cardiovascular disease: a meta-analysis

目的评价五行音乐疗法对心血管疾病患者的疗效。方法通过计算机检索Pub Med、EMbase、the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL)、the ISI Web of Knowledge Databases、CBM、VIP、中国知网、中国优秀博硕士学位论文全文数据库、万方数据库,在其中查找关于比较对心血管疾病运用五行音乐疗法与未运用五行音乐疗法的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为2000年1月31日—2015年10月31日。按纳入排除标准由2人独立筛选文献,进行资料提取并予以质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入4项研究,322名受试者。Meta分析结果显示:比较干预组和对照组SAS评分、SDS评分、收缩压值和舒张压值,差异均具有统计学意义(Z=3.09,P=0.002;Z=10.81,P<0.000 01;Z=2.96,P=0.003;Z=5.24,P<0.000 01),其加权平均数及95%CI分别为-7.93(-12.95,-2.90),-10.28(-12.14,-8.41),-2.48(-4.12,-0.84),-3.09(-4.25,-1.94)。结论五行音乐疗法对心血管疾病患者焦虑及抑郁状况、收缩压及舒张压值有明显改善作用,仍需高质量、大样本、设计严谨的随机对照试验以进一步证实。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of five tone music therapy in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods We searched Pubmed,Embase,the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials（ CENTRAL）,the ISI web of knowledge databases,CBM,VIP,CNKI,Chinese excellent degree thesis and Wanfang database for the papers that performed randomized controlled trial（ RCT） between patients with cardiovascular diseases used five tone music therapy and patients not used five tone music therapy. The publishion time was between January 31,2000 to October 31,2015. Two people screened literature by following the inclusion and exclusion criteria independently,conducted data and quality assessment. Rev Man 5. 3 software was used to give the meta-analysis. Results Four papers including 322 subjects were included. The results of meta-analysis showed： the value of SAS score,SDS score,systolic and diastolic blood pressure were statistically significant between the intervention group and the control group（ Z = 3. 09,P = 0. 002; Z = 10. 81,P〈0. 000 01; Z = 2. 96,P = 0. 003; Z = 5. 24,P〈0. 000 01）,the weighted average and 95% CI were- 7. 93（- 12. 95,- 2. 90）,- 10. 28（- 12. 14,- 8. 41）,- 2. 48（- 4. 12,- 0. 84）,- 3. 09（- 4. 25,- 1. 94）. Conclusion The five tone music therapy can improve anxiety,depression,systolic and diastolic blood pressure for patients with cardiovascular diseases. It still needs high-quality,large sample,carefully designed randomized controlled trials to present a further confirmation.
