应用FOCUS-PDCA程序降低神经外科病人院内获得性感染发生率

Application of FOCUS-PDCA procedure in the reduction of hospital acquired infection rate for neurosurgery patients

目的：探讨应用FOCUS-PDCA程序降低神经外科病人发生院内获得性感染的效果。方法：选择2014年7-12月我院神经外科收治的351例病人,发生院内获得性感染43例,依据FOCUS-PDCA程序,用九步法分析神经外科病人院内获得性感染的各个环节;在明确组织领导、查明情况的前提下,分析本科院内获得性感染发生的易感因素,提出改进方案、制定实施计划、进行落实推进、注重检查督促,及时总结经验教训,完善和修正相关护理操作流程和制度等,2015年1-6月对收治的333例病人应用FOCUS-PDCA程序,发生获得性感染16例,将应用FOCUS-PDCA程序前后发生院内获得性感染的病人例数比较。结果：实施FOCUS-PDCA程序后,病人院内获得性感染的发生率下降。结论：FOCUS-PDCA程序可以提高神经外科护理质量,降低院内获得性感染发生概率,提高其住院安全性。

Objective：To discuss effect of FOCUS-PDCA procedure in the reduction of hospital acquired infection for neurosurgery patients.Methods：Selected 351 cases of patients cured in our neurosurgery department from July to December in 2014,among them,43 patients had hospital acquired infection.According to FOCUS-PDCA procedure,analyzed every link of hospital acquired infection for neurosurgery patients with nine-step method;on the premise of determined organization and leadership and cleared conditions,analyzed predisposing factors of hospital acquired infection,raised improvement plan,formulated implementation schedule,promoted implementation,highlighted inspection and control,drew lessons from the past timely and perfected and revised associated operational procedures and systems.Applied FOCUS-PDCA procedure for 333 cases of patients cured from January to June in 2015,among them,16 patients had hospital acquired infection.Numbers of patients with hospital acquired infection before and after FOCUS-PDCA procedure were compared.Results：After the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA procedure,occurrence rate of hospital acquired infection dropped.Conclusion：FOCUS-PDCA procedure can improve neurosurgery nursing quality,reduce hospital acquired infection rate and increase hospitalization safety.
