品管圈活动在提高肿瘤住院患者满意度中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨开展品管圈活动在提高肿瘤住院患者满意度中的效果。方法:2015年1月开始科室成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,立足于现状,明确存在的相关问题并进行原因分析,针对原因制定对策并实施。结果:通过实施品管圈活动,科室肿瘤住院患者不满意的主要因素得到明显改善,患者总体满意度评分得到提高,圈员综合能力也得到明显提升。结论:开展品管圈活动,既夯实了基础护理,又提供了满意服务,也促进了护理人员团队凝聚力及综合能力的提升,有效地提高了护理服务质量,提高了肿瘤住院患者的满意度。 Objective:To discuss effects of quality control circle activities in satisfaction degree enhancement for tumour inpatients.Methods:Started from January 2015,seted up a quality control circle team in the department,determined activity theme on the basis of current conditions,cleared existing related problems and analyzed their causes,and formulated and implemented solutions based on causes.Results:With implements of quality control circle activities,main factors of tumour inpatient dissatisfaction were clearly improved,overall satisfaction scores of patients were enhanced and comprehensive abilities of circle members were clearly improved.Conclusion:Quality control circle activities can not only consolidate basic nursing and provide satisfactory services,but also promote cohesiveness and comprehensive ability in the nursing group,effectively improve nursing service quality and increase satisfaction degrees of tumour inpatients.
