创伤性休克患者术中综合低体温干预的效果观察

Observation on effects of overall hypothermia intervention on traumatic shock patients during operation

目的：探讨创伤性休克患者术中综合低体温干预的效果。方法：将我院2013年7月-2015年6月收治的110例创伤性休克患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予综合低体温护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：两组患者随着手术的进行,患者体温均逐渐回升,休克指数逐渐下降,但观察组体温回升速度、休克指数下降速度均明显快于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者术后凝血功能各项指标均较术前有明显改善（P〈0.05）,且与对照组比较改善更为明显（P〈0.05）。结论：对创伤性休克患者围手术期给予综合低体温护理干预可有效改善患者的低体温现象,同时改善休克症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To discuss effects of overall hypothermia intervention on traumatic shock patients during operation.Methods：Randomly divided 110 cases of traumatic shock patients cured in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 into control group and observation group equally.Usual nursing was provided to patients of both groups,but observation group patients received additional overall hypothermia nursing.Nursing effects between both groups were compared.Results：As operations proceeded,body temperatures gradually rose and shock indexes gradually dropped for all patients,but body temperature rising speed and shock index dropping speed of observation group patients were quicker than those of control group patients（ P〈0.05）;all indexes of blood coagulation of observation group patients after operations were significantly improved（ P〈0.05）,and the improvements were even more significant if compared with control group patients（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Overall hypothermia intervention for traumatic shock patients during perioerative period can effectively improve hypothermia conditions of patients and improve shock symptoms at the same time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
