骨科择期手术患者信息需求及其影响因素分析

Information Needs and Its Influencing Factors among Orthopedics Elective Operation Patients

目的了解骨科择期手术患者的信息需求现状并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采取方便取样法,抽取深圳某"二甲"医院骨科择期手术患者86例,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和信息需求问卷进行调查。结果骨科择期手术患者信息需求总分为(74.16±9.85)分,处于中等以上水平;家庭支持态度、文化程度和年龄与患者信息需求总分有线性回归关系,决定系数R^2=0.348。结论骨科择期手术患者具有较高的信息需求,家庭支持态度、文化程度和年龄是患者信息需求水平的主要影响因素,护理人员应根据患者的家庭支持态度、文化程度和年龄等提供个性化的信息支持。

Objective To explore the level of information needs and its influencing factors among orthopedics elective operation patients. ! Methods Eighty-six orthopedics elective operation patients were selected by convenient sampling method. The instruments used in this study were serf-designed demographic questionnaire and Information Needs Scale.Results The total score of information needs among orthopedics elective operation patients was（74.16±9.85）, which was in moderate or high level. Family support attitude, education background, patients＇ age, and information needs had linear regression relationship with the coefficient of determination （R2 = 0.348）.Conclusion Orthopedics elective operation patients have relatively high information needs and the main influencing factors of information needs were family support attitude, education background and patients＇ age. Nurses should provide specific information support according to patients＂ conditions.
