品管圈在新生儿红臀中应用的效果评价及持续改进

Evaluation of Quality Control Circle in the Neonatal Red Buttock and Continuous Improvement

目的探讨品管圈活动对新生儿红臀干预后的效果评价及PDCA循环的持续改进。方法实施品管圈手法管理新生儿红臀,回顾性统计分析品管圈开展前后红臀发生情况及治疗效果。结果干预后新生儿红臀发生率下降;重Ⅱ度红臀治疗时间缩短,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但仍存在不足,发生重Ⅱ度红臀3例,缺乏对重度红臀的预警性评估。结论品管圈方法可以有效降低新生儿红臀发生率,缩短红臀发生时间;仍需进行持续改进,完善标准化操作流程,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore intervention effect evaluation on QCC activities for neonatal red buttock and PDCA cycle of continuous improvement.Methods Use QCC to manage neonates with red buttock, and retrospective statistical analysis was used for evaluating occurrence and treatment effect before and after the QCC.Results Intervention after falling incidence of neonatal red buttock,red buttock to shorten the treatment time, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05） .But there are still insufficient, 3 red buttock cases occur heavy Ⅱ degree,the lack of severe red buttock early warning and assessment.Conclusion QCC can effectively reduce the neonatal red buttock and shorten the time of red buttock, and also can improve the standardized operation process and the quality of nursing. But it still need to continue to improve.
