摘要
依据现有的交通网络布局和城区结构,"广域长春"的发展方式是长春城市群的理性发展选择。长春城市群的发展既要形成"O+X"的空间构架,与周边的11个县市及其外展区域分层发展,又应在北区、南区、东区、西区各分区内强化次级核心城市的发展力度,加强交通网络的通达性。这就需要依据各区内的不同条件构建子城市群:南区构建长春—吉林"双核"子城市群,北区构建"3l+2C"的发展框架,西区通过双弧形链扩张长春主城区向西的影响力,东区构建"○+#+○"的发展框架。
Based on the present transportation network and urban system structure, "Broad Changchun"is the rational development choice for Changchun urban agglomeration, who not only needs to form a "O + X" spatial frame to construct the development pattern of "1 + 11" by integrating the surrounding 11 counties and the outreach areas, but also should divide Changchun urban agglomeration into four sub-area as north area, south area, east area and west area to strengthen the development of the secondary core city and improve the traffic network accessibility. So it is necessary to build "sub-urban agglomeration" according to the different conditions in each district, that is, to build Changchun-Jilin as the "double core urban agglomeration" in southern district, build "3l + 2C" development framework in north district, shape double "arc chain" to expand Changchun influence to the west area and construct the development framework of "○+#+○"in the east area of Changchun urban agglomeration.
