摘要
对高盐稠油污水热法脱盐工艺的5种工艺:自然蒸发(NET)、多级闪蒸(MSF)、多效蒸发(MED)、机械压缩蒸馏(MVC)、热力压缩蒸馏(TVC),从工艺技术特点、工艺流程、现场应用、处理效果、投资及运行成本等方面综述了国内外稠油污水热法脱盐资源化回用锅炉技术的研究及应用情况,总结了各种工艺现场应用中存在的问题,提出了改进或适用条件方面的建议。
The thermal desalination technology would be an effective method to achieve the goal of heavy oil sewage resource recovery.The advances and the applications of the thermal desalination technology at home and abroad are reviewed.The review mainly involves technical characteristics,technical process,field application,treatment effect,investment and operating cost.The various problems in practical application of thermal desalination technology are summarized.And the future development direction lies in corrosion &scale inhibitor,removal of non-condensable gas and reducing the energy consumption.
