摘要
为解决饱和褐煤活性焦(SLAC)的处理问题,开展了SLAC与稠油污水处理中产生的浮渣底泥(油泥)制备油泥混焦代煤燃料的研究。研究表明,SLAC与油泥(含水50%)的最佳比例为3∶1(质量比)时,符合GB/T 18342—2009《链条炉排锅炉用煤技术条件》三级混煤标准;按照该比例加工的油泥混焦燃料燃烧后排放烟气检测结果符合GB 18484—2001《危险废物焚烧污染控制标准》;燃烧后灰渣中重金属含量低于GB8173—87《农用粉煤灰中污染物控制标准》、GB 4284—84《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》;灰渣浸出液重金属含量低于GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》,且经济效益显著。
To deal with the saturated-lignite activated coke(SLAC),the mixed fuel prepared by SLAC and the scum sediment(oily sludgy)from sewage treatment were studied.The results showed that the mixed fuel could be in line with the third level standard of Specifications of Coal for Chain and Travelling Grate Stoke Boiler'(GB/T 18342-2009)when the best ratio of SLAC and oily sludge(with 50% water content)was 3:1.Under this ratio,the flue gas could meet the requirements in Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste Incineration'(GB 18484-2001).The heavy metal content of combustion ashes was lower than the value in Control Standards of Pollutants in Fly Ash for Agricultural Use'(GB 8173-87)and Control Standards for Pollutants in Sludges'(GB 4284-84).The heavy metal content of ash leaking was lower than requirement values in Identification Standard for Hazardous Wastes-Identification for Extraction Toxicity'(GB 5085.3-2007).The economic benefit is remarkable.
