摘要
以鄯善油田污水采用生化处理代替原有物化处理为背景,介绍含油污水生化处理的原理及工艺流程。实时跟进现场应用情况,对污水生化处理系统在运行初期出现总铁、悬浮物、溶解氧超标以及絮体上浮等问题,通过室内实验分析以及现场考察论证,提出了流程及加药方案优化、排泥管改造等具体可行的对策措施,解决了现场存在的问题,并为生化处理的投运提出了针对性的建议。
Biochemical treatment was adopted instead of the original physicochemical treatment for the sewage treatment in Shanshan Oilfield.Under this background this paper introduces the principle of biochemical treatment and its process for oily wastewater treatment.Problems such as total iron,suspended solids and dissolved oxygen over standard and flocs floating has been solved by process and dosing scheme optimization,the mud pipe transformation and other specific and feasible countermeasures,which makes recommendations for the operation of biochemical treatment.
