习近平总书记在十八届中央纪委五次全会上提出了要抓好党员规矩意识的要求,并且明确了"规矩"包含的具体内容。抓好党员"规矩"意识是预防和减少腐败的必然要求,是驰而不息纠正"四风"的应有之义,是重构政治生态的重要举措,是实施创新驱动发展战略的人才保障。强化规矩意识要从加强学习、心存敬畏、遵循组织程序、坚决做到维护党中央权威、自觉接受监督等角度着手。

To do a good job in ＂rules＂ awareness of Party members is the inevitable requirement to prevent and reduce the corruption, which has the meaning of correct ＂Si Feng＂, and is an important measure to re- construct the political ecology and talent guarantee to achieve innovation development strategy. Strengthening the awareness of the rules should start from these aspects, such as strengthening study, having reverence and faithful hearts, following the organizational procedures, and resolutely safeguarding the party＇s central authority, and con- sciously accepting the supervision.
