司法改革如火如荼已到攻坚期,法官队伍建设是其重要的先行部分。高素质法官是现代法治国家的中坚力量,职业化的法官队伍是法治社会的建设者、维护者。目前,我国法官队伍亟待建设,存在着职业能力不足、职业保障不够、人才流失严重等问题。因此,需要从任职、选任上建立职业化法官队伍,加强法官职业保障,着实提高法官职业素养,推进法官队伍的标准化、职业化,以促进法治国家的建设。
