摘要
远程教育教学分离的特点造成了教师评价工作的困难,教师的自我评价在远程教育教师评价中显得更加必要。教学日志是远程教育教师进行教学工作记录和教学反思的工具,也是教师自我评价的基础。合理使用教学日志以使其发挥最大作用,能够帮助远程教育教师完成自我评价和提高工作绩效,反之它将成为教师的负担。
The characteristics of separation of teaching'and l'earni'ng in distance education result in the difficulty of teachers'evaluation, so the teachers'self- assessment is even more necessary in distance education teachers' evaluation. Teaching log is a tool for teachers to record teaching work and teaching reflection, and it is also the basis of teachers'selfassessment. The rational use of the teaching log to make it play the biggest role can help the teachers to complete the selfassessment and improve job performance, and on the contrary, it will become the burden of teachers.
