基于Moodle平台的网络教学团队运行实践探析

Probe into Operation Practice of Network Teaching Team Based on Moodle Network Teaching Platform

有效整合师资、高效运行的网络教学团队是办好开放大学的内在要求。Moodle平台赋予了网络教学团队新特征并提出了新要求。研究以基于国开学习网的社会保障学课程为例,运用巴纳德协作系统理论从团队的特征、目标、构成、任务、关键点等方面分析了网络教学团队的构建与运行,为开放大学网络教学团队的运行、教师队伍建设提供借鉴。

Efficient operation of network teaching team is an inherent requirement to run the Open University. Moodle network teaching platform gives the team new features and new requirements. Using social Security course as an ex- ample, based on collaboration system theory, the paper explores the operation of virtual teaching team from the char- acteristic, objectives, composition , tasks, keys and so on. The purpose of the paper is to provide a reference for operation of network teaching team and construction of teachine staff.
