山西省煤炭行业继续教育培训情况分析

Analysis of the Continuing Education Training Situation in Shanxi Coal Industry

目前山西独特的煤炭产业环境面临巨大的结构调整压力,为此山西正在实施经济转型发展,打造和完善"黑色资源、绿色能源"能源战略转型工程。近几年山西经过了煤炭资源整合和能源生产结构调整,能源结构转型和相关的制度设计以及人才培养成为现阶段的工作重点。通过实施山西省煤炭行业人力资源基本状况调查,继续教育需求分析,以及实现新型人才培养的路径分析或能为当前煤炭行业人才培训提出一些有价值的建议。

At present, the unique coal industry environment in Shanxi is facing enormous structural adjustment pres- sure, therefore, Shanxi is carrying out economic r transformation development, to build and improve the energy strate- gic transformation project of ＂black resources, green energy. In recent years, Shanxi has been through the integration of coal resources and energy production structure adjustment, energy structure transformation and the relevant system design and personnel training to become the focus work of the current stage. Through implementing the basic situation survey of human resources in Shanxi coal industry, analyzing the needs of continuing education, and the analysis of realizing the new talent cultivation, this paper puts forward some valuable suggestions for the current coal industry personnel training.
