College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy in Xinjiang:Dilemma and Solutions

科学合理的大学生创业政策对有效促进大学生创业具有积极的导向作用。新疆目前现有的大学创业政策框架较为完整,但在政策的有效性、针对性、整体协调性、社会力量的参与性等方面尚存不足,新疆大学生创业政策亟待完善,旨在解决新疆地区大学生就业问题和推动新疆地区经济的快速发展。

Scientific and reasonable college students＇entrepreneurship policy has a positive guiding role for the effec- tive promotion of College Students＇entrepreneurship. The framework of university entrepreneurship policy in Xinjiang is relatively complete, but there are some deficiencies in the effectiveness of the policy, the pertinence, the overall coordination, the participation of social forces and other aspects, so Xinjiang college students＇ entrepreneurship poli- cy needs to be improved, which is to solve the problem of employment of college students in Xinjiang area and to pro- mote the rapid development of economy in Xinjiang.
