摘要
随着研究生的扩招,在本科毕业生就业难影响的基础上,拥有硕士、博士这种较高学历的研究生就业竞争也日趋激烈,研究生的就业问题日渐突出。研究生就业难作为一个亟待解决的问题值得深入研究。通过对研究生就业现状调查,发现研究生就业过程中存在自身素质无法适应社会需求、就业期望过高、就业指导缺乏等问题,并针对问题从国家、学校、个人等层面提出相应的对策,希望为解决相关问题提供理论指导。
With the graduate student enrollment expansion, on the basis of the influence of the employment of college graduates, a masterg, doctoral degree of higher education graduate employment competition has become increasingly fierce, and graduate employment problem is becoming more and more prominent. The difficulty of graduate employ- ment is to be an urgent problem worthy of further study. Through investigating the current situation of graduate em- ployment, we find that there are problems in the process of graduate employtnent, such as their own quality can not meet the social demand, high employment expectations, lack of employment guidance and so on, and the correspond- ing countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of the state, schools and individuals, hoping to solve the prob- lem of postgraduates employment provided theoretical guidance.
