对大学生关爱涉罪未成年犯的思考与探究

Consideration and Exploration of the College Students' Care for Juvenile Offenders

大学生关爱未成年犯是培养大学生社会责任感和完整人格的需要,也是"全面依法治国"的一种表现。当代大学生关爱未成年犯的现状不是很融洽,建议可以让大学生在知识、阅读和技能上给予未成年犯一定的引导和建议;还可以创造条件让大学生参与司法矫正和社区帮教;成立稳定的大学生帮教志愿者团队;同时在制度和经费上给予支持。

The care for juvenile offenders from college students can not only be helpful to cultivate students＇ sense of social responsibility and completed personality, but also can be a projector of comprehensively governing the country according to law. However, such care from contemporary college students is not impeccable. So this paper suggests undergraduates to provide juvenile offenders with some guidance and advice on knowledge, reading materials and skills; suggests to create opportunities for undergraduates to participate in judicial correction and community educa- tion; and finally suggests college students to set up a stable volunteer team to help educate and in the meantime, in- stitutional and financial support must be offered.
