试论变革社会中医患关系的重建

On the Reestablishment of Doctor-Patient Relationship in the Social Transformation

当代中国社会医患关系整体和谐,但也存在着医患矛盾。社会的变迁与观念的改变、制度的趋利性与理性的经济人以及仁爱的缺失与距离的产生是产生医患矛盾的主要原因。欲重建和谐医患关系则应加强制度建设、社会环境建设以及医生的职业道德建设。

Although the doctor- patient relationship in contemporary China is harmonious as a whole, some tensions between doctors and patients cannot be ignored. Such distressing phenomenon is a result of the changes occurring in the society and people＇ s ideas, the tent towards interest of the system, and the lack of love, understanding, and trust. In order to rebuild a more harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, we should concentrate on in- stitutional improvement, social environment construction, and the enhancement of the professional ethics of doctors.
