润燥止痒胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病血虚风燥证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule Combined with Narrow Band Ultraviolet B in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris with Blood-deficiency and Wind-dryness Syndrome

目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病血虚风燥证的临床疗效。方法将入选的58例患者随机分为治疗组31例,采用润燥止痒胶囊口服,联合窄谱中波紫外线照射;对照组27例,仅予窄谱中波紫外线照射。2组均持续治疗8周,在第8周结束时评价临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率83.87%,对照组有效率59.26%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效较好。

Objective In order to explore the therapy effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with narrow band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome. Methods Fifty-eight selected patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-one cases in treatment group were given Runzao Zhiyang capsule orally combined with NB-UVB. Twenty-seven cases in control group were only given NB-UVB. The two groups had been treated for eight weeks continuously. Therapeutic effect was assessed at the eighth week. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.87% and in the control group was 59.26%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is effective to treat psoriasis vulgaris with blood-deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome using Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with NB-UVB.
