关于初中起点六年制本科学历农村小学教师培养的几点思考

湖南省从2010年启动实施的初中起点六年制本科学历农村小学教师培养计划,是对我国教师教育体制的重大创新。其培养模式、培养目标、培养方案及教学对象、培养措施等,相对现有教师教育而言均具有自身的突出特点和鲜明特色。根据培养对象和培养目标进一步完善该模式的培养方案,优化其培养过程,对切实保证六年制农村小学师资的培养质量、推进义务教育均衡发展具有重要作用。
