摘要
卓越小学教师是小学教师专业发展的高级阶段,具有综合业绩优异、专业性强、师德水平高、教育信念坚定等特点。培养卓越教师需要教师教育机构制定卓越教师专业标准,引领教师专业发展方向,构建"职前职后一体化"教育体系。卓越教师的职前教育培养可以采取把好入口关、基础关、通识关、专长关、信念关等策略,卓越教师的职后培养可以采取进修、交流、反思、研究、激励等策略。
Excellent primary school teachers are at the advanced stage of primary school teachers professional daveopment, with excellent comprehensive performance, solid professional foundation, high level of teachers' normalness and strengthening educational faith, etc. Excellent teacher training requires excellent teachers' professional standards, direction of their professional development, construction of the education system of "the integrated teacher education including college students and in-service teachers". Pre-service excellent teacher education can take some strategies in recruitment strictness, basic knowledge, general knowledge and expertise acquiring, belief strengthening, etc. Voca- tional training of outstanding teachers can take some strategies of teacher training, academic communication, educational reflection, academic research, incentive, etc.
