数字化校园背景下师范生创造性培养策略初探 被引量:1

Creativity Training of Normal Students Based on Digital Campus Background

摘要 在教育教学中,学生创造性培养的经典理论模式主要包括索耶模式、托伦斯模式与费尔德曼模式。基于以上模式,结合当今数字化时代学习的特征,探讨了当代师范生创造性培养的若干具体策略:包括利用数字科技产品提高师范生课堂上的参与性、以网络为平台建立知识建构的学习共同体、创设有利于师范生创造性产生的适宜环境、注重师范生非正式与偶发的学习等。 In higher education and instruction, classic theoretical model on cultivating and training of students' creativity mainly included Sawyer Model, Torrance Model and Feldman Model. Based on these theoretical models and present digital campus background, the study continued to discuss several specific strategies of normal university stu- dents' creativity training, including guiding normal university students to participate in classroom teaching activities actively by using digital products, constructing communities of learning and knowledge based on internet, constructing the environment suited for creativity training and attaching importance to informal and incidental learning, etc.
