摘要
潜在创业群体创业行为激发机制与影响成因分析,是创业研究热点议题。创业意向是创业行为预测与解释的关键指标,创业效能感与动机是意向的重要影响因素。采用分层回归模型,比较不同类型效能感和动机对创业意向影响差异效应。结果发现:学习与迁移效能感、领导与沟通效能感及机会、资源识别与利用效能感显著正向影响意向;机会型动机对意向影响大于名利型动机;机会型动机在不同类型创业效能感对创业意向关系中起较强中介效应。
The analysis of entrepreneurial behavior excitation mechanism and influence factors for potential entrepreneurs is the hot issue in entrepreneurial research. Entrepreneurial intention is the key indicator for prediction and explanation of entrepreneurial behaviors. Perception of entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation are important factors on entrepreneurial intention. The hierarchical regression model was used to compare the specific effects of different perception of efficacies and motivations for entrepreneurial intention. The results were as follows: the perception of learning and transfer efficacy,leading and communication efficacy,and opportunity and resource recognition and utilization efficacy had the significantl impact on entrepreneurial intention. Moreover,the opportunity motivation had more influence on entrepreneurial intention than the fame and gain motivation. At last,the opportunity motivation had significantly stronger mediating role in the relationships between different entrepreneurial efficacies and entrepreneurial intention.
