早期腹腔置管引流对急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠血清TXA2及PGI2的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Early Abdominal Peritoneal Drainage on Serum Thromboxane A2 and Prostaglandin I2 in Severe Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis Rats

摘要 目的研究早期腹腔置管引流对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠血清TXA2及PGI2的影响。方法 36只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(SHAM组)、模型组(ANP组)、早期腹腔置管引流组(APD组),每组12只,于24小时后处死,比较各组大鼠腹腔内大体改变,HE染色观察胰腺病理改变并评分,测定大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1介(IL-1β)、血栓素A2(TXA2)及前列环素(PGI2)水平,并计算TXA2/PGI2值。结果 ANP组、APD组与SHAM组比较,胰腺组织病理学评分、血清TNF-α、IL-1β、TXA2、PGI2水平及TXA2/PGI2值均显著升高(P<0.05);与ANP组比较,APD组的胰腺组织病理学评分、血清TNF-α、IL-1β、TXA2、PGI2水平及TXA2/PGI2值均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论早期腹腔置管引流能有效改善ANP大鼠模型血清中血管活性物质的平衡失调,并减轻胰腺损伤程度和全身炎症水平。 Objective To study the effect of early abdominal peritoneal drainage on serum thromboxane A2 and prostaglandin I2 in severe acute necrotizing pancreatitis rats.Methods Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,including SHAM group,ANP group,APD group.Twelve rats in each group were killed in 24 hours after operation.The condition of abdominal cavity and pancreas pathological changes were observed.The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,TXA2,PGI2 and T/P in the serum samples were measured.Results Compared with SHAM group,the histopathological results and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,TXA2,PGI2 and T/P were significantly greater in ANP group and APD group(P0.05); Compared with ANP group,the histopathological results and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,TXA2,PGI2 and T/P were significantly reduced in APD group(P0.05).Conclusion Early abdominal peritoneal drainage can effectively decrease the ratio between the levels of TXA2 and PGI2 in ANP rats,and reduce the injury of pancreas and systemic inflammatory response.
