项目组合配置战略贴近度研究

Researches on Close Degree between Strategy and Project Portfolio Allocation

在已有文献的基础上分析了战略管理和项目组合配置融合交叉的可能性,提出了广义项目组合配置战略贴近度概念。并以此为研究出发点阐述了项目组合配置战略贴近度指标体系的构建原则,设计了项目组合配置战略贴近度指标体系,并利用专家评分法对指标体系进行优化筛选,保证了该体系的科学有效性,为现代企业进行战略导向下的项目配置提供参考。

Based on the existing literature,the concept of Strategy of close degree for Project Portfolio Allocation（ SCPPA）has been put forward after analyzing the fusion of strategic managment and Project Portfolio Allocation（ PPA）; then the construction principles of the index system of SCPPA is elaborated and an index system of SCPPA is also designed.In order to keep the scientific validity of the SCPPA,the expert scoring method has been used to optimize the index system which will provide a reference method for the PPA management under the strategic orientation.
