摘要 标签是师生互动共同建构的产物,具有正向和负向功能。了解学校教育中标签的产生及其正向功能发挥,有助于教师更好地利用标签来开展教育活动。为此,要发挥标签的正向功能,教师应成为学生的重要他人,树立自身的威信;标定的标准要因人而异,根据学生实际促进其发展;合理的利用教师重要他人角色及权威,给学生贴标签要谨慎;学生要正视教师对自己的标定,通过镜中之我反观自身。 Label is a product constructed by teachers and students, and it has both positive and~ negative functions. Understanding the production of the label and its positive functional performance is beneficial for teachers to conduct educational activities. If the teachers want to make the label functional, they should become significant others for the students and ought to build their power and authority. Following questions should receive high attention: firstly, use the label theory properly and exert its positive function; secondly, the standard of labeling varies from person to person and it should depend on the reality of students; thirdly,: teachers should use the role of significant others and their power and authority reasonably, and they should label students carefully; lastly, students should have proper understanding of teachers' labeling, and they should view themselves through the theory of looking-- glass self.
