摘要
本文首先扼要介绍了现在大学生最关注的招聘问题现状,简述了招聘问题中招聘者和应聘者之间的信息不对称现象,然后通过冲突分析法静态稳定性分析了理论上可能出现的结果,并且结合实际情况给予综合分析。
This article first briefly introduced the most attention problem of recruiting university students at present, this paper briefly describes the recruitment problems of information asymmetry phenomenon between recruiters and applicants, and then through the conflict analysis method of static stability is analyzed theoretically possible results, and gives the comprehensive analysis combined with the actual situation.
