摘要
农村居民点整理是解决我国日益紧张的人地矛盾的必然选择,是实现耕地总量动态平衡的重要途径。本文以徐州市睢宁县杨怀村作为研究对象,以抽样调查获取300份调查问卷为基础,构建包括农户个人特征、家庭经济状况等因素在内的Logistic模型,分析农户整理意愿及影响因素。研究结果表明:愿意参与居民点整理的农户占42%,不愿意的农户占58%;农户的整理意愿和户主的年龄、是否听说过农村居民点优化、家庭年收入、房屋占地面积、安置补偿金额和职业等因素有关。
The rural residential land consolidation is the inevitable choice to solve the increasingly tense contradiction between people and land, and that is an important way to realize the dynamic equilibrium of the total cultivated land. Taking Yanghuai village as the research object, we conducted a questionnaire survey of farmers. Then we use Logistic model to verify research hypothesis. The results show that 42% of people are willing to participate in the residential land consolidation, while 58% of people are not willing to do that. The farmers＇ willingness to collate is related to the age of the head of the household, whether they have heard of rural residential optimization,family income, housing land area, the amount of compensation and occupation and other factors.
