摘要
虽然中国白酒企业2015年的收入和利润在经历了2013年与2014年的黯淡后有了明显的改善,然而白酒行业的竞争依然在不断加剧,因此白酒企业对行业竞争情况全面清晰的认识有助于其战略决策的制定。本文将通过对白酒行业的战略群组分析,利用资源与战略两个维度对产业内的个体企业进行划分,通过群组内和群组间的对比,为白酒企业竞争力提升提出建议。
Although China's liquor enterprises' revenue and profit has obvious improvement in 2015 after downturn in 2013 and 2014,liquor-making industry competition is still growing. So a comprehensive and clear understanding of the liquor enterprises competition situation is conducive to its strategic decision making. Through analysis of the strategic group of liquor-making industry, this paper uses resources and strategy to divide individual companies in the industry. Through the contrast within the group and between the groups,suggestions for promoting liquor enterprise competitiveness are proposed.
