玻璃纤维-橡胶复合材料力学性能的研究及有限元分析

摘要 制备硅橡胶和玻璃纤维-硅橡胶复合材料试件,采用拉伸试验研究试件的失效特点,分析试件的应力-应变曲线,得到试件中纤维的层数对有效模量和拉伸强度的影响,并利用有限元方法对试件进行数值模拟,得到的结果与实验值比较,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。 The failure characteristics of silicon rubber and glass fiber silicone rubber composites were studied by tensile test, and the stress-strain curves of the specimens were analyzed. The effect of the number of fiber layers on the effective modulus and tensile strength of the specimen was obtained. The finite element method was used to simulate the specimens, and the results were compared with the experimental results, which verified the reliability of the numerical simulation.
