摘要
本文通过实验测定了添加0.02%-0.1%纳米SiC粉体的06Cr19Ni10铸件的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能,测试结果表明,添加适量的纳米SiC可以明显提高06Cr19Ni10材料的抗拉强度、延伸率、硬度和耐腐蚀性能,是一种有效提高铸件性能和使用寿命的方法。
This paper through the experiment determined mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 06cr19ni10 casting with0.02%-0.1% nano SiC powder. The test results showed that the method of adding appropriate amount of nano SiC could significantly improve tensile strength, elongation, hardness and corrosion resistance of 06cr19ni10 materials, and it is an effective way to improve performance and service life of castings.
