以创建湖北省级特色机电一体化专业为契机,通过深入调研分析,探索出机电一体化专业"阶梯化、模块化"人才培养模式,深化校企合作、工学结合,并以实践结果证明其改革的可行性,加强了学生职业能力。

This paper takes the construction of Hubei provincial characteristic mechanotronics major as an opportunity. Through in-depth research and analysis, it explores the ＂laddered, modularity＂ personnel training mode of mechanotronics major to deepen the school enterprise cooperation and work study combination, prove the feasibility of the reform by the practice results and strengthen the students＇ professional ability.
