摘要
膜生物反应器(Membrane bioreactor,MBR)工艺作为工业及市政污水资源化的新技术,已被广泛关注并逐步大规模的工程应用,但其在微污染地表水中的应用鲜有介绍.本文以温榆河水资源利用一期工程为研究对象,通过将近5年的运营和数据跟踪,分析得出:MBR工艺在微污染地表水资源化工程应用中,对各类污染物的去除相对比较稳定,出水基本可达到地表Ⅲ类(TN除外);地表水季节性的温度变化带来膜产水量周期性地交替变化,运行通量也随着过滤时间的延长在不断衰减;运行中适宜的预处理措施、合理的污泥浓度和合适的运行通量、到位的化学清洗可有效控制膜污染;运营中电耗依然是构成直接运行成本的主体,只有提高产水量,各项成本特别是电耗才会有大幅下降.
As a new technology, MBR technology has been widespread concerned and large-scale engineering applied gradually on industrial and municipal wastewater reuse,but there is almost no introduction on applying MBR technology for micro-polluted surface water.In this paper,the phase I project of Wenyu river water resources utilization as the research object,through nearly five years of operation and data trackin.The results showed that the removal efficiency of MBR technology for all pollutants in micro-polluted surface water resources engineering application is relatively stable,and the water quality can reach the surface water class III basically except TN.Seasonal temperature changes of surface water lead to the water production of membrane periodically change,the membrane operation flux also constantly decay with the extension of filtration time.Appropriate pretreatment measures,keep reasonable sludge concentration,suitable operation flux and effective chemical cleaning frequency and concentration during operation can effectively control membrane fouling.The power consumption still constitutes the main body of direct operating costs,the cost especially the power consumption will be dropped sharply only by increasing the water production.
