咯菌腈种衣剂对西瓜种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Fludioxonil Seed Coating on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Watermelon

采用室外盆栽的方法研究了有效成分为咯菌腈的2.5%适乐时悬浮种衣剂包衣处理西瓜种子后对种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,咯菌腈包衣对西瓜种子发芽的影响表现在出苗的早晚方面,对总发芽率无显著影响;对西瓜的地上部分干重、无籽西瓜的株高、除精选龙旋风外的其他品种西瓜的根长无显著影响,对有籽西瓜株高、昌祥黑巨霸地上部分鲜重、大农绿巨宝地下部分鲜重、一品春地下部分干重、昌祥黑巨霸地下部分干重均有影响,与对照相比差异显著。说明咯菌腈处理西瓜种子后发芽安全,但在农业生产中不可盲目加大使用剂量,否则会对西瓜种子发芽和幼苗生长产生不利影响,尤其是有籽西瓜对种衣剂更敏感。

In this paper,influences of seed treatment by suspension seed coating agent with the effective component of 2.5%fludioxnil on seed germination and seedling growth of watermelon were studied by outdoor pot culture method.Results showed that seed coating of fludioxonil influenced the time of seed germination,however there was no significant difference in total germination rate;fludioxonil had no remark effects on over ground dry weight,seedling heights of seedless watermelon,root length of species except Jinguanonguaneng;there were significant difference between ck and treatment in seedling height of watermelon with seeds,above ground part fresh weight of Jichangheijuba,underground part fresh weight of DanongJubao,underground part dry weight of Yipinchun and Changxiangheijuba.Although watermelon seeds were safe after fludioxonil coating,the used concentration could not be blindly increase,otherwise it will have adverse effects on watermelon seed germination and seedling growth,especially watermelon are more sensitive to the seed coating agent.
