摘要
以自制的胺类氯盐作为NH_3-NH_4Cl-H_2O体系下电积锌的添加剂,考察不同种类的胺类氯盐对阴极锌表面形貌及电流效率的影响,遴选出最佳电积锌添加剂。结果表明,使用大分子胺类氯盐或多分子胺类氯盐作为添加剂,电积锌的电流效率分别达到93.25%和91.67%,阴极产品表面较为平整、致密的。
Effects of different kinds of homemade additive of amines-chloride on surface morphology and current efficiency of zinc electro-winning in NH3-NH4 Cl-H2 O system were investigated to select the optimum additive.The results show that current efficiency is 93.25% and 91.67% respectively with smooth and dense surface morphology of zinc applying macromolecular amine ramification and multi molecular amine ramification as additive respectively.
