摘要
简述了客运160 km/h电力机车转向架构架的结构特点,通过力学分析确定该构架上的载荷和约束,运用有限元分析方法对该构架的静强度和疲劳强度进行可靠性和安全性分析,从理论上验证该构架的安全可靠性。
The paper describes the bogie frame structure characteristics of 160 km / h passenger electric locomotive. The loads and constraints on the frame are determined by mechanical analysis and the static strength and fatigue strength are analyzed by using finite element analysis method, which verifies the safety and reliability of the frame from theory.
