在硫酸装置酸冷器中,当水侧压力高于酸侧压力时,一旦泄漏则是水漏进酸中,泄漏使酸温升高的同时酸浓下降,酸的腐蚀性急剧增大。双对称管壳式酸冷器包含两个径向对称且结构相同的管壳式换热段,将换热段壳程与蒸汽汽包连接就成为蒸汽发生器,将换热段壳程用管道连接就是水加热器。给出了酸冷器特性比计算式,在线测量进出口酸温和连接管箱酸温、同时测量蒸汽或进出口及连接管水温,通过这些温度值计算出特性比。一旦泄漏特性比会显著变化,其变化率比酸浓变化快百倍,可快速确认泄漏,避免事故发生。
When water side pressure is higher than acid side pressure in an acid cooler, once leaking is water going into acid, it will make the acid temperature rise, and meanwhile the acid concentration drop, acid corrosiveness increase rapidly. Twin-symmetrical shell-and-tube sulphuric acid cooler consists of heat exchanger sections with two radial-symmetrical and the same structure, heat exchange section shell side are connected with steam boiler drum to be vapor generator and heat exchange section shell side are connected with pipe to be water heater. Character ratio of the twin-symmetrical shell-and-tube acid cooler can be calculated by acid temperatures in inlet, outlet and connection column, steam temperature or water temperatures in inlet, outlet and connection pipeline at the same time. During leaking, the ratio varies significantly, it is faster hundredfold than the change of acid concentration. The ratio can confirm the leaking quickly and avoid accidents.
