介绍了熔硫槽出现腐蚀损坏的部位以及造成腐蚀的原因。对熔硫槽气液分界面处采用316L不锈钢套管包焊、焊缝连接部位包焊补强、熔硫槽槽壁衬耐酸瓷砖及改进顶盖材质,彻底解决了熔硫槽腐蚀损坏问题,实际应用效果良好。
The location and causes of corrosion in the sulphur melting tank are discussed. The corrosion problems were solved by applying the 316L stainless steel sleeves at the gas-liquid phase separation interface, reinforcing the joints by special welding skills, lining the groove walls with acid resistant ceramic materials and improved cover materials, which solved thoroughly corrosion damage in sulphur melting tank and obtained better actual effect.
