New measures to reduce water usage and energy consumption in metallurgic smelter acid plant system

摘要 介绍了金川公司化工厂冶炼烟气制酸系统的用水特点、耗水以及水平衡规划情况。通过采取技术创新减少循环水工序用水、"以质定用"提高水的重复利用率、深化用水管理等手段,使年用水量减少50%,实现了节水降耗。经过几年的改进,金川公司吨酸水耗由2005年的5.80 t降低到2014年的2.58 t,处于同行业领先水平。 The water usage,consumption,and balance in metallurgic smelter acid plant at Jinchuan Group Ltd. are introduced.Annual water consumption was reduced by 50% via the innovative technologies to save water usage in recycle system, improve efficiency of water recycle, and enhance water management.The water consumption per ton of acid was reduced from 5.80 ton in 2005 to 2. 58 ton in 2014.Jinchuan Group Ltd.is one of the leading companies that can keep such a low water consumption level.
